Talotuntija on mullistava digitaalinen työkalu kiinteistömanagereille, isännöitsijöille ja kiinteistön omistajille. Se tarjoaa visuaalista ja helposti ymmärrettävää tietoa rakennusten kunnosta helppolukuisten mittareiden avulla. Tämä mahdollistaa tietoon perustuvan päätöksenteon kiinteistöjen ylläpidossa ja hallinnassa.
EIC-rahoitusta haetaan laajentamaan palvelua Pohjois-Eurooppaan, sisältäen paikallisten rakennusstandardien ja elinkaarien mallien mukautukset. Tavoitteena on nopeuttaa uusien rakennusten tietojen syöttöä rajapintaratkaisuilla, kehittämällä koneellista dokumenttien lukemista ja hyödyntämällä tekoälyä tiedon rakenteellistamisessa.
Vastaamalla täyttämättömään markkinatarpeeseen, hanke asettaa yrityksen nopean kaupallistamisen ja kasvun asemaan, tähdäten suomalaisten ammattilaisten työllistämiseen ja infrastruktuurin parantamiseen.
Rakennusten energiatehokkuus ja remonttien hinta-arviot keskiössä
Palveluun suunnitellaan lisättäväksi uusia ominaisuuksia, kuten ylläpitokustannusten laskenta, hankkeiden kustannusarviot ja remonttien optimointi, jossa otetaan huomioon myös EU-tason energiatehokkuustavoitteet. Tulevaisuudessa palvelu hyödyntää rakennusalalta kerättyjä hintatrenditietoja ja tarjoaa sekä ROI-laskelmia että energiatehokkuuden hyötyjen laskelmia.
Tieto rakennusten kunnosta ja kustannuksista ymmärrettävässä muodossa
Talotuntija pyrkii erottumaan markkinoilla tuoden tekoälyn ja koneoppimisen avulla ennustettavat ylläpitotarpeet, parhaat vaihtoehdot energiatehokkuushankkeista ja niiden kustannusvaikutukset. Tavoitteena on, että Talotuntija muodostuu keskeiseksi työkaluksi kiinteistön hallinnosta vastaaville ja omistajille, tarjoten luotettavaa tietoa saavutettavaan ja kohtuulliseen hintaan.

Talotuntija is a revolutionary digital tool for property managers, building superintendents, and property owners. It provides visual and easily understandable information about the condition of buildings through easy-to-read indicators. This enables decision-making based on information in the maintenance and management of properties.
EIC funding is being sought to expand the service to Northern Europe, including adaptations to local building standards and lifecycle models. The goal is to accelerate the input of new building information through interface solutions, by developing machine reading of documents and utilizing artificial intelligence in structuring information.
By addressing an unmet market need, the project positions the company for rapid commercialization and growth, aiming to employ Finnish professionals and improve infrastructure.
Building energy efficiency and renovation cost estimates at the forefront
The service plans to add new features such as maintenance cost calculation, project cost estimates, optimization of renovations taking into account EU-level energy efficiency targets. In the future, the service will utilize price trend data collected from the construction industry and offer ROI calculations as well as calculations of the benefits of energy efficiency.

Talotuntija aims to stand out in the market by bringing predictive maintenance needs, the best options for energy efficiency projects, and their cost impacts through artificial intelligence and machine learning.
